We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis in La Mesa, California. Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card statements.

• Handle accounts payable processes, including tracking and processing invoices.

• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring data integrity.

• Provide general office management support, such as answering calls and assisting with administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop for financial management.
• Strong skills in Excel and general computer applications.
• Previous experience in construction accounting is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes.
