Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expand existing business while developing new opportunities through sales, product marketing, and customer support.
- Familiarity with US Customs Bonded Container Freight Station (CFS) processes is required; a background in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding may also be considered.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and leads.
- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain clear communication with both internal and customer operations teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations.
- Ensure services consistently meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
- Perform other tasks as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in CFS, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding sales or high-level operations, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strategic sales skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a professional demeanor.
- Capable of preparing and presenting accurate pricing to potential clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and operational teams in a team-selling environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to travel as required.
