Our organization is on the lookout for an OB-GYN Physician to become part of our esteemed, physician-owned private practice located in Pasadena, TX.

This role presents a chance to join a nurturing and collaborative environment with immediate patient needs, clinical independence, and a strong dedication to women's health within the community.

Position Highlights:

• Comprehensive OB-GYN services

• Approximately 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology

• Newly established office situated on the HCA Houston Southeast campus

• Flexible work schedule of 4 or 4.5 days per week

• 15+ deliveries each month

• Light on-call duties: 1:9

• Support from OB hospitalists and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)

• Allocated surgical block time with robotic assistance available

• In-office procedures and additional services offered

• Experienced clinical and administrative support team

• Mentorship opportunities available

Compensation Package:

• Base salary with guaranteed income plus bonuses based on productivity and quality

• Health benefits, 401k with a 4% match, paid time off, continuing medical education (CME), and malpractice insurance

• Additional income from in-house laboratory and other services

• Potential for partnership

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Possession of an active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
