A health services network in Westchester County is actively seeking a new Healthcare Revenue Analytics Specialist for a great opportunity.
About the Opportunity:
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday </li>
<li>Hours: 8am to 4pm</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyze reimbursement and ensure adherence to payer contracts</li>
<li>Audit and reconcile plan payments, identify variances, and escalate issues</li>
<li>Prepare reports on contractual discrepancies and assist with payer negotiations</li>
<li>Maintain contract software, fee schedules, and provider escalation files</li>
<li>Conduct revenue cycle analysis, trending, and month-end reporting</li>
<li>Collaborate with managed care and revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in Hospital Patient Accounting (Patient Financial Services, Patient Accounts)</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Health Administration</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Account Review, Denials, Variances, and Payer Contracts</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Filters, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal training </li>
