Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Per Diem Physical Therapist role is available at a high school in Lemoore, CA, to support students requiring specialized physical therapy services as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the educational success and well-being of students through targeted physical therapy interventions and collaborative consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services tailored to students' IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress.
• Complete approximately 120 minutes annually of consultations, with potential for increased time based on student needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to interventions and progress.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and federal/state educational regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a per diem capacity.
• Commitment to supporting student development and educational outcomes.
