Job Description

Job Title: Scanner/ Stock Rotations
Location: Beverly MA 01915
Hours: M-F 6am-3pm

The scanner/stock rotations clerk sits out on the floor near shipping and receiving, adjacent to quality, production and inventory cage.
A more out in the open kind of situation with lots of activity all around.
The primary focus is to sit at a workstation and scan a huge backlog of paperwork we have to our ERP system. We have about a year’s worth of a backlog. After we are caught up with the scanning, the clerk will scan daily paperwork at the workstation and work on stock rotations within the inventory cage.
Drug test 4 panel – THC is NOT a disqualifier.
E-Verify – Must be US Citizen and ITAR compliant.

Job Summary:

Scanning work orders and other paperwork on file
Looking up C of C for stock rotation parts.

Essential Functions:

Scanning all paperwork and putting it in a file.
Making sure scanned documents are clear
Fil management
Batch scanning

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Some computer skills
Must be able to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Computer (Macola)
Scanning and finding C of C's
Organization skills

Desired Years of Experience:

Entry level/ None

Education Required:

HS Diploma or equivalent
Is equivalent work experience acceptable, in lieu of required degree/certification? Yes

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work primarily involves sitting/ standing
