What Youll Do
- Assist clients (an adult and child) with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Help with household tasks light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and errands
- Keep accurate notes on client progress and report any changes to your supervisor
- Offer companionship chatting, reading, or engaging in activities that brighten someones day
- Administer or remind clients of medications (as directed in the care plan)
- Encourage and assist with simple exercises or physical activities
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home health, or hospice experience
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- CPR Certification (required)
- A caring heart, patience, and a true passion for helping others
