Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead therapeutic services with professionalism and purpose. In this pivotal role, you will support the development of our clients and team through high-quality supervision, individualized behavior planning, and collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior
intervention plans (BIPs) -
Oversee and adjust intervention plans based on data and client progress

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Mid-Level Supervisors

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Provide monthly supervisions, parent training, and team workshops

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance

Participate in administrative decisions, including hiring and retention input

Support program development and contribute to ongoing evaluation and innovation
Qualifications

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Minimum 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis or related clinical work

Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools

Familiarity with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and Peer-Mediated Instruction (PMI)

Understanding of developmental play stages and Montessori-inspired approaches is a plus

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Valid CA Driver's License, auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification, TB test, fingerprint clearance, and proof of required immunizations
