Job Title: General Clerk
Location: Anaheim, CA - 92807
Duration: 6 months temp to hire
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Shift: 8 am to 5.30 pm (M-F)
Assist with clerical duties related to branch billing, warehouse coordination, and customer return processing.
Open and distribute incoming mail.
Maintain branch filing systems and assist with year-end document organization.
Coordinate office lunch orders and general office support as needed.
Pick Ticket Management
Manage the pick ticket process by allocating products to orders and printing tickets, including high priority "Must Ship Today" orders.
Review routine reports to identify and resolve invoice and ticket issues.
Billing
Process customer billing related to freight and inventory transactions.
Customer Returns
Assist in generating Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for repairs.
Support the processing of customer credits.
Warehouse Support
Collaborate with warehouse staff by assisting in receiving and picking products as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, highly organized, and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
High School Diploma or GED required.
