Location: Los Alamos, New Mexico

Schedule Details:

• Start times may vary: candidate must be flexible to begin at either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM

• Pharmacy Hours:

• MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM (rotating weekends required)

Position Overview:

Were actively hiring a Retail Pharmacist for a high-volume community pharmacy in Los Alamos, NM. This position begins as a 13-week contract with the strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. You'll be working with a supportive pharmacy team in a fast-paced setting using the PioneerRx pharmacy system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during daily operations

• Deliver high-quality patient consultations and customer service

• Conduct final verification of non-sterile USP 800 compounded prescriptions (note: no compounding required)

• Help manage a workload of approximately 600 prescriptions per day

Qualifications:

• Active, clear New Mexico Pharmacist License required

• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is helpful but not mandatory

• Prior experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment is strongly preferred

• Open to recent PharmD graduates
