We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who can close business and also provide excellent client support? The Hutcheon Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Specialist who can grow our agency through proactive sales while supporting customers with their insurance and financial needs.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
What Youll Do
- Drive Growth Proactively market insurance and financial service products, identify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term relationships.
- Consult with Clients Provide comprehensive financial planning and insurance options tailored to individual needs.
- Support Client Goals Assist with retirement planning, investment management, and ongoing insurance coverage.
- Stay Current Keep up with market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements to best serve clients.
What Were Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with the ability to engage confidently in sales conversations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
