We are seeking a purpose-driven Community Outreach Manager (COM) to lead business development and referral partnerships that help people live healthier, happier lives through better brain health. Salary: $90-$100k + lucrative bonus plan
What You’ll Do:
As a Community Outreach Manager, you'll be the face and force behind building lasting relationships with doctors, therapists, attorneys, hospitals, and other key professionals who can refer patients to our clinics.
- Drive meaningful growth by generating new referrals and deepening connections with professional partners
- Own your territory—crafting your outreach plan, hitting KPIs, and watching your impact unfold in real time
- Educate and inspire—introduce our approach to professionals through one-on-one meetings, presentations, tours, and events
- Be a storyteller—share success stories and science-backed results to show how we truly change lives
- Collaborate with purpose—work cross-functionally with admissions, clinic teams, and national outreach to meet shared goals
- Keep it sharp—log all activity in CRM, analyze results, adapt your strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or outreach (behavioral health or healthcare preferred)
- A proven “hunter” mindset who also nurtures existing accounts with care
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare fields)
- A natural communicator and presenter who thrives in meetings, events, and on the go
- Organized, independent, and accountable—with serious follow-through
- Passionate about brain health, wellness, and making a difference
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly
