Summary:
- The SMRC supports the SEC by coordinating office relocations, furniture management, ergonomic assessments, and Facilities Help Desk operations. This role ensures smooth employee moves, workspace setups, and facility support services while maintaining compliance with SEC standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Facilities Help Desk operations and staff.
- Plan and coordinate employee office moves and furniture installations.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with furniture layout standards.
- Perform ergonomic evaluations and support Reasonable Accommodation requests.
- Triage and track facility service requests using IWMS ARCHIBUS/IMPAK systems.
- Maintain reports, logs, and metrics on relocations and Help Desk activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in space management, facilities coordination, or office relocations.
- Knowledge of furniture systems and ergonomic practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with facilities software (e.g., IWMS ARCHIBUS) preferred.
