Job DescriptionNorthfield Mancan is assisting a company in Cuyahoga Heights who is filling a position doing Bindery machine Operating. MUST have experience operating a bindery machine which cut, fold, and bind printed materials.
RESUME BASED: We need a resume with the required skills set in order for you to be considered for this position.
Temporary to Permanent Position: You will work as a Mancan Employee until the company hires you in directly, if/when they decide to do so.
The starting payrate will be $18 an hour.
Skill Requirements:
-Operate and maintain folding/booklet bindery equipment
-Set up and calibrate collating machines to match job specs
-Load and monitor materials for accuracy and quality
-Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain machines
-Label and prep finished materials for shipping
-Collaborate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Company Requirements:
-Clean Criminal Background- Last 7 years.
-Report on time and ready to work.
Company works 4- 10 hour shifts and the shift times are as follows: FULL TIME POSITION
DAY SHIFT- Mon: off, Tue 8a-6p, Wed 6a-6p, Thur 6a-6p, Fri 10a-5pm
NIGHT SHIFTS Mon 9p-7a, Tues 6p-6a, wed 6p-4a, Thur 6p-2a, Fri off.
