Position Highlights:

• Focus on general Urology with the flexibility to specialize in areas such as stones, BPH, oncology, or reconstructive urology.
• Collaborate with two experienced MDs and benefit from the support of advanced practice providers and a skilled clinical and nursing team.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with three days dedicated to the operating room and two days in the clinic.
• Outpatient practice only—no on-call responsibilities.
• Utilize the da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgery platform.
• Leverage a strong primary care referral network within the health system.
• Attractive base salary complemented by productivity-based incentives.
• Receive a signing bonus of $150,000.
