Rental Agent Boston MA | Off Campus Housing | High Lead Volume | Training and Support
Centre Realty Group is expanding and we are looking for motivated Rental Agents and Leasing Agents to join our growing off campus housing team serving the Greater Boston area. Candidates must live in or near Boston Massachusetts and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet this criteria.

Centre Realty Group specializes in off campus housing and works with thousands of landlords across the Boston area. Our company maintains one of the largest rental property databases in the local market, giving agents access to a wide range of available apartments and rental opportunities. Through our marketing platforms and housing network we receive hundreds of incoming rental inquiries daily from students, young professionals, and families searching for housing throughout Boston.
This consistent demand allows agents to stay active with showings, applications, and lease placements while building real experience and income.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $205,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
- Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
- Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required
