We specialize in recruiting and staffing solutions across multiple industries, including light industrial, janitorial/porter services. With deep roots in Southern California and a reputation for quality and consistency, we’re ready to scale starting with the right people.
The Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and promoting our staffing and porter service solutions across Orange County, LA, and Riverside County. You’ll work closely with our operations and recruiting teams to deliver client results and grow our regional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in staffing and porter services
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries
- Present tailored service solutions to address client pain points
- Manage your pipeline through our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and client meetings across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (staffing, recruiting, or service-based industries preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals
- Comfortable working in the field across multiple counties
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
