Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist opportunity is available for licensed professionals interested in serving K-12 students in special education settings. This position offers flexible scheduling options with part-time (15+ hours per week) or full-time (35 hours per week) assignments for the 2026-2027 school year, approximately from August to June. The role is located in Schnecksville, PA, with openings near Carbon County and Lehigh County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student learning and development
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services tailored to student needs
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust services accordingly
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Psychologist license
- Valid Pennsylvania PDE Certification
- Experience working directly with students in special education settings
- Proven ability to participate effectively in IEP development and team collaboration
- Availability for onsite, in-person work throughout the assignment period
