Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - LTACH
Employment Type: Full-time
Wage Scale: $32 - $40 per hour

How You'll Contribute:
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members.
- Assist with patient scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by maintaining equipment.
- Uphold the standards of our Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree.
- Current and valid state OTA license or equivalent.
- CPR certification (when required).
