Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position assists with a variety of manual labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, site preparation, equipment handling, cleanup, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Prepare and clean work sites before, during, and after projects
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist team members with daily operational tasks
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete work accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous labor, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
