Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Chesterfield, MO (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 17300 N Outer 40, Chesterfield, MO 63005

Contract Length- 3 months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hr


Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Chesterfield location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw quality blood samples from patients for lab testing
  • Prepare and label specimens while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure process excellence
  • Maintain a safe, professional environment in compliance with company policies
  • Provide clear explanations to patients while fostering trust and confidence
  • Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collections
  • Verify patient information and label accuracy at the time of collection
  • Travel to multiple local sites when required


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
  • Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood draw experience required
  • Prior work in a Patient Service Center preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, and WA)
  • Keyboard/data entry experience preferred
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license


Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. This is a contract role expected to run through 10/24/2025, with potential to extend based on performance and staffing needs.
