Job DescriptionJunior/Mid Level Multifamily Superintendent Reputable General Contractor is hiring another Junior Level Superintendent to assist on a $42 Million 250 Unit project. This is in St. Louis, MO, so you will need to be willing to relocate locally which we can assist with. This is not a true travel role though, so while you will receive vehicle allowance and gas, you will not receive per-diem and lodging.

- Excellent compensation, benefits, etc.What You Will Be DoingAs the Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on the construction sites. You will be responsible for monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring all safety and quality control regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for communicating with the project team and clients, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.What You Need for this PositionAt least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent in the Construction industry. This role requires excellent knowledge of Tilt-Ups, Healthcare, Casino/Hotel, Commercial Construction, distribution centers and Light Industrial projects.What's In It for You- Competitive Base Salary (DOE)
