Job DescriptionSalary:

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources, as well as managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Senior Project Manager ensures project goals are achieved while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements, actively identifying and mitigating risks to drive successful project outcomes.

As a representative of CCC, you are responsible for the safety actions of yourself and others on an active CCC construction project. You have the right and responsibility to stop unsafe work and enforce safety protocol and safe practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and oversee project documentation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and adjust plans as necessary to maintain project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement and estimating teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
  • Manage change orders, scope modifications, and contract adjustments, ensuring project goals remain on track.
  • Mentor and support project team members, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large or complex projects in schools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with construction cost estimating tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze project data to make informed decisions and drive project success.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
