Mission:
To lead and drive the execution of Chemstar WATER's vision of becoming the leading water treatment products, services, and technology company in the United States. This entails delivering world-class operations in water treatment, product technology, and service operations while ensuring alignment with the company's core values and culture.
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely delivering water treatment chemicals and related equipment to customer sites as scheduled.
- Reading and interpreting basic system diagrams, work orders, and service instructions to carry out tasks efficiently.
- Transferring chemicals into designated storage or process tanks at customer facilities using appropriate pumping equipment.
- Collecting water samples for testing and analysis, as required by service protocols.
- Replacing and maintaining dosing pumps, tubing, and related components as needed.
- Providing support on service calls and equipment installation or maintenance projects in collaboration with the technical team.
- Performing assigned project work such as cooling tower cleanings, system sterilizations, glycol fills, and other site-specific tasks.
- Following all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as outlined in Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and adhering to Chemstar WATER’s safety procedures when handling chemicals.
This role requires attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and a customer-focused approach in a field-based environment.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- U.S. Citizen
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a government security clearance.
- Understanding of computer software such as Windows, Microsoft Office able to communicate digitally.
- Work independently or as a team member with minimum direction to complete jobs.
- Able to perform basic hands-on plumbing and electrical work
- Able to perform physical duties that may include lifting 50lbs over 2-3 flights of stairs on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a hot and humid environment at times (+100F)
- Able to climb up ladders to access rooftops
CDL Class B license with HazMat endorsement preferred, but not required.
