Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter with experience working on commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Layout and installation of metal stud framing (interior/exterior walls, soffits, ceilings)
• Hang, tape, and finish drywall.
• Install acoustic ceiling systems (T-bar/grid ceilings and specialty ceilings)
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and field instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Coordinate with site superintendent and other trades as needed
• Perform punch list and repair work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 3+ years of verifiable commercial construction experience
• High proficiency in metal framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and ACT installation
• Strong understanding of commercial jobsite expectations (schedule, safety, professionalism)
• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
• OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain
