Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Portland, Oregon, to identify a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. Location: Portland, OR Duration: Temporary contract Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Maintain office organization and support day-to-day office operations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
