Non Surgical Solutions is a next‐generation regenerative aesthetics practice specializing in exosome‐based facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, scar remodeling, and peptide therapy—all delivered through non‐invasive, needle‐free, no‐downtime protocols. We are redefining aesthetics by combining advanced biologics with safe, inclusive, and science‐driven treatment pathways.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about aesthetics, cellular medicine, and patient transformation. This role blends clinical expertise with patient education, protocol execution, and a concierge‐style care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Treatment Delivery
• Perform comprehensive aesthetic and regenerative consultations, including skin, hair, and metabolic assessments.
• Administer and oversee exosome‐based treatments using non‐invasive delivery systems (e.g., electro‐poration, plasma‐based energy devices, red‐light therapy).
• Manage peptide therapy programs, including telehealth consults, lab review, dosing guidance, and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate exosomes, peptides, red‐light therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and consistent execution of all clinical protocols.
Patient Experience & Education
• Provide clear, confident education on exosomes, peptides, and regenerative therapies in patient‐friendly language.
• Guide patients through treatment expectations, timelines, and outcomes.
• Maintain a warm, supportive, and professional environment aligned with the Non Surgical Solutions brand.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
• Document all visits, treatments, and follow‐ups in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, scope of practice, and medical oversight requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training, protocol updates, and quality assurance initiatives.
Collaboration & Growth
• Work closely with the medical director, clinical trainers, and franchise leadership to uphold brand standards.
• Provide feedback on protocol performance, patient outcomes, and opportunities for innovation.
• Support practice growth through patient retention, education, and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner license (NP, APRN) in the state of practice.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, regenerative medicine, or wellness preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, aging, and regenerative therapies.
• Comfort with technology, telehealth, and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient‐centered care.
• Interest in exosomes, peptides, and non‐invasive regenerative modalities.
