Controls Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming and experience with Allen Bradley systems, contributing to the optimization and automation of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control system solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with PLC programming and configuration, particularly with Allen Bradley.
- Working knowledge of controls and automation systems.
- Driven individual who is is eager to join a start-up environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately one-week out of each month.
