Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical and mental health.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

  • Provide support and guidance to junior therapists and interns.

  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of therapy programs.

  • Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment planning.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.

  • Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating therapy program effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Experience in community outreach and promoting therapy services.
