We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client’s team in Kent, OH. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports, month end close, bank reconciliations, and complete account analysis. This position is hybrid with Mondays and Fridays remote. What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Support the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

At least two years of relevant accounting experience

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with pivot tables and vlookups)
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
