Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. As a leader in the architecture industry, CWA Group Architecture is committed to providing exceptional design and construction services to our clients. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively communicate with our clients through the chat platform and provide timely solutions to their needs.
Pay: $28 - $31 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through the live chat platform to effectively address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously to ensure timely responses to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and communicate common client concerns and provide suggestions for continuous improvement
- Take ownership of clients' issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience for the client
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to clients
- Continuously strive for excellence in customer service and follow company standards to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
- Familiarity with live chat software and basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards clients
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
