Part-Time or Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist in Fredericksburg, Virginia Needed ($55–$65/hr)

Our private, multi-specialty dental practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our general dentistry team. This is not a corporately owned practice. You will be working with adult patients in a supportive environment and will have a dedicated assistant.

We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates and are happy to be flexible with scheduling.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Part-time or full-time available

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to adult patients
• Perform routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication
• Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the clinical team
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused experience

Requirements

• Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a genuine love for patient care
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Pay & Compensation

• $55–$65 per hour, based on experience
• Supportive, non-corporate work environment
• Dedicated assistant provided
