Correctional RN Hours

• 3x13 hour shifts - also flexible with hours/days as schedules can change based on facilities needs
• Sun, Thur, Fri 610am to 730 pm
• Wed, Fri, sun 610am to 730pm

Correctional RN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $48.00 an hour paid weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Correctional RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated individuals in a secure correctional environment
• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers
• Perform wound care, first aid, and chronic disease management
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
• Document all patient care, assessments, and treatments accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare staff to implement care plans
• Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and preventive care as appropriate
• Follow established clinical guidelines, safety procedures, and correctional facility protocols
• Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and institutional policies

Correctional RN Requirements

• Licensed RN
