Job DescriptionSalary: $15-17 hourly
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Rehab Technician to join our growing team at our Fort Mill location. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice providing ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services for children in a supportive and family-centered environment
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced medical setting and is passionate about supporting children with special needs and their care teams. Flexibility with scheduling is available for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the administrative and therapy teams with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and office spaces
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, office supplies, and therapy materials
- Ensure timely procurement of needed items and supplies
- Provide general support to help ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical, pediatric, or therapy setting
- Interest in child development and/or pediatric therapy services
- Comfort interacting with children with special needs and their families
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
