LOAN OFFICER
This is an on-site, full-time position.
Schedule: M-F, 8:30-6:30 (includes a 1-hour lunch break) | Occasional Saturday 9-3
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $18.00−$20.00 per hour
As a Loan Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's customers, guiding them through the application and payment process. We are looking for a highly reliable professional who is eager to build a long-term career with our client.
Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to applicants regarding the status of their loan applications.

Prepare, review, and finalize loan documents with precision and attention to detail.

Process and accurately record customer loan payments.

Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a friendly, professional face of the company.

Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications

Strong Customer Service experience with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.

Strong Computer Skills and proficiency with standard office software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Loan Officer or similar role at a traditional loan company.

Experience with the Loan Pro Program software.
