Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency.

Respond to online inquiries and leads through phone, text, and email.

Make 70–80+ outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to follow up with sales prospects.

Engage with customers in person and over the phone - must be comfortable working with the public and maintaining an outgoing, customer-focused demeanor.

Schedule sales appointments and maintain communication to help drive showroom traffic.

Accurately update and maintain lead information within CRM and dealership systems.

Follow up on internet leads, past customers, and missed opportunities to maximize conversion.

Provide information on current promotions, vehicle inventory, and dealership offerings.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support department goals and customer needs.

Track and report performance metrics, such as lead response times and appointment set/kept rates.
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a dealership BDC role preferred but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High level of confidence when interacting with the public.

Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and basic office applications.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive, energetic attitude with a strong drive to meet goals.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
