Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position serving a K-12 school district in the Lancaster, PA area. This role spans from January through June and offers the opportunity to support and enhance student communication skills in an educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
- Experience working within K-12 schools is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention strategies
Location:
- Coatesville, Pennsylvania, serving a K-12 school district in the Lancaster area
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified speech and language deficits
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
