Fully Licensed Clinician Compensation:
- Starting salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mental health services through in-home visits, community-based settings, or teletherapy
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic counseling
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to service plans as needed
- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in case staffing, meetings, and conferences as necessary
- Provide support for clients in managing behavioral health services
- Conduct intake assessments and offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Use evidence-based practices to facilitate both group and individual sessions
- Ensure compliance with facility and licensing standards
- Provide continuous care and support for clients
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC
- Current, unrestricted professional license to practice in the State of Utah
- Previous experience in mental health therapy is preferred
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
