Is this you?

• You enjoy solving residential electrical challenges—from panel swaps and AC circuits to lighting, generators, re-devices, and total home re-wires.
• You like leading installations, mentoring an apprentice, and finishing jobs on time and to code.
• You’re comfortable troubleshooting with meters and power tools, testing systems, and explaining options clearly to homeowners.

What you’ll tackle

• Own service and installation work from plan to completion, adjusting as site conditions change.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and safely.
• Collaborate with installers and office teams to deliver 5-star experiences.
• Offer maintenance tips that help customers protect their investment.
• Keep up with code updates, best practices, and new residential tech.

What you bring

• Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrical license.
• 4+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience; lead/supervisory exposure preferred.
• Solid command of MRC and NEC.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Customer-centered communication and education skills.
• Safety-first mindset; strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working solo or alongside a crew.

Sign-on bonuses

• Hold an active Journeyman or Master license in Michigan.
• Receive the bonus per a payout schedule provided at hire.
• Remain eligible by meeting all employment, performance, and onboarding requirements.
