As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth operations and timely schedules. You will be involved in setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment, adhering to standard work procedures and training.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and clean production equipment and work area according to standard procedures and training.
- Operate heavy machinery and designated equipment including roll forming, press operation, milling, fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, and extrusion.
- Manufacture products and components based on product specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and run schedules.
- Produce products that meet quality, rate, and scrap standards.
- Complete required paperwork and labels accurately and consistently.
- Maintain work area in accordance with 5S principles.
- Verify product specifications and quality through inspection, observation, and measuring workpieces.
- Adjust machine/equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.

- Machine operating experience
- Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LoTo)
- Machine troubleshooting skills
- Quality assurance experience
- Strong math skills
- Attention to detail

Shift/Pay:
- 19/hr on second shift
- 3:30 PM to 2:00AM Monday through Friday
- MUST be open to OT on Saturdays

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
