Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This travel position offers Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) the opportunity to provide essential therapy services within school settings in Chicago, IL. Ideal for SLPs who enjoy working in dynamic educational environments and are willing to travel, this role focuses on supporting students with communication disorders to improve their speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide consultation and training as needed to school personnel

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to travel within the Chicago area

Location:

  • Schools throughout Chicago, IL metropolitan area
  • Travel required between educational sites
