Telephone Triage Registered Nurse (RN)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | No weekends, holidays, or nights
**This is an ON SITE position (no remote work)
About the Role
You’ll support the clinical team by serving as a key point of contact for patients, providing phone-based clinical triage, guidance, and care coordination in a busy outpatient clinic environment.
This role focuses on assessing patient concerns, prioritizing care needs, delivering education, and ensuring timely follow-up with providers.
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff in a team-oriented setting where patient experience, clarity, and access to care are top priorities.

What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license
- Must be comfortable on the phone - Triage, appointments, answering questions for patients
