This full-time opportunity centers around providing dedicated, one-on-one assistance to a 2nd-grade student, focusing particularly on behavior management and daily classroom engagement. Working Monday through Friday, you’ll become an essential presence in the student’s school life from now through the end of the school year, with potential for renewal.
What we’re seeking:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
- A patient and caring attitude, with genuine enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to engage positively with elementary-aged students, encouraging both academic and emotional growth
- Skills in behavior management and redirection
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Dependability and flexibility to adapt to classroom needs

In this role, you will:
