Marketing Project Manager
Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Experts | Plymouth, MN
Are you a creative problem-solver who loves execution? Someone who can manage multiple marketing projects, create great content, and keep everything on track—down to the smallest detail? Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Experts is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help bring our marketing to life across print, digital, social, and events.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-driven, creative, and takes pride in delivering work that’s clean, accurate, connects with the audience, and on brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and execute database marketing campaigns across KC brands
- Coordinate design, print, and delivery timelines for digital and print marketing
- Manage social media and video content for KC Brands, including Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Experts, and Kerby & Cristina’s personal accounts
- Support recruiting campaigns, brand collateral, and public-facing events
- Proofread, edit, and quality-check all marketing pieces to ensure accuracy, clarity, and polish (copy, links, formatting, branding, and compliance)
- Manage design support staff, vendors and oversee marketing timelines and workflows
- Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and strong messaging across all marketing
How Success Is Measured
- Marketing deadlines are hit 100% of the time
- Campaigns are organized, accurate, and on brand
- Hundreds of marketing pieces (digital & print) are coordinated smoothly each year
- Brand consistency is upheld across all business units
- Marketing copy is clear, compelling, and conversion-focused
What We’re Looking For
- Marketing project management and content creation experience
- Strong writing skills (creative & technical) , organization, and attention to detail
- Excels at managing multiple deadlines and fast-moving projects
- Experience with social media platforms, CRMs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experienced with leveraging Ai platforms like ChatGPT and more to maximize efforts
- Positive, proactive, team player who takes ownership
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $65,000 annual salary
- 401(k) with employer match

- 120 hours PTO + 9 paid holidays
