Job Summary
Supporting the warehouse management team, drives assignments and priorities to the warehouse team, via “Dashboard” management, and acts as liaison to inside customers via incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, and/or Jira requests regarding customer orders, shipment information, etc. Monitor and expedite shipments to meet Maharam’s on time performance to our customers.
Essential Functions
Assist in monitoring inbound email correspondence to the warehouse office
Handle Jira tickets related to shipping issues, receiving discrepancies, order corrections, and system-related problems
Create, update, track, and follow up on Jira requests
Manage and resolve all Past SLA Jira tickets, including research, updates, and coordination with internal teams
Communicate resolutions, next steps, and status updates through Jira
Monitor orders that are about to fall out of our on time performance commitments; does what’s necessary to expedite such orders within the warehouse/fulfillment center, to the point of order fulfillment and customer delivery
Works with the receiving team, as required, to ensure the effiecient receipt of materials, and prompt storage to the warehouse and inventory management system.
Coordination with outside 3PL WH
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

Superior telephone/e-mail skills
Ability to confidently handle problem resolution, and setting production/warehouse priorities.
Organized and able to multi task
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer savvy with working knowledge of MS Office including outlook, and Word; and ability to learn DON and various Maharam specific computer functions
A Must complete today attitude!
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience preferred in a warehouse or production environment.
