Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active certification/license to practice as an SLP
- Experience working in school settings with PreK–5th grade populations is valued, but early career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
- Ability to adapt therapy to individual student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical part of the student support team, assessing speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to help students achieve academic and social growth
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure quality intervention and support
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Provide guidance and resources for staff on communication strategies in the classroom
