Location: Ocala, FL 34474
Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends

Role Summary
Registered Nurse enrolled in an ICU Residency Program, transitioning from Medical-Surgical nursing to critical care practice. Gains hands-on experience managing high-acuity patients while strengthening assessment, monitoring, and emergency response skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients under preceptor guidance

• Perform neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular assessments

• Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and escalate appropriately

• Support ventilator care and management of central and arterial lines

• Collaborate with ICU leadership and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in ongoing ICU education and skills training

Certifications: Active RN License | BLS Required | ACLS Preferred/In Progress
