NOW HIRING: Production Worker – Hand Coater (Day Shift)
Location: Conroe, TX
Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays (based on workload)
Pay: $18.00/hr

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our coating team! This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and consistent movement—perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on work.
Job Duties:
Apply custom coatings in a high-temp environment
Use hand tools like grinders to prep materials
Carry boxes up to 65 lbs
Wear full PPE including full-face respirator
Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility all day
Ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently
Requirements:
• Able to lift 65 lbs safely
• Comfortable in hot work environments
• Must wear full-face respirator & required PPE
• Lots of standing and physical movement
• Must be dependable and safety-oriented
• Coating experience is a plus
• Bilingual is preferred
