Mission for Financial Analyst
OVG’s Financial Analyst combines sharp analytics with rock-solid execution. A key finance partner across Operations, Accounting, and Leadership—owning forecasting, budgeting, treasury/covenants monitoring, and regulatory case support. Your work will directly inform decisions that impact customers, capital plans, and long-term growth.
OUTCOMES: (What must be accomplished)
1. Own monthly NOI and Opex forecasts; deliver clear bridges and driver analysis.
2. Maintain the cash forecast (Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) tracked and improved).
3. Prepare and QA close schedules and management reporting; reduce rework.
4. Monitor and report covenant headroom; prepare lender compliance packages on time.
5. Develop business cases and scenario models that quantify savings/revenue and inform leadership decisions.
6. Document SOPs; implement data automation to remove manual effort.
7. Serve as a trusted partner to CFO, Controller, Ops, HR, and Engineering with crisp, actionable insights
8. Support all other duties and responsibilities assigned to the position.
