The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day workflows by providing responsive clerical support and maintaining clear communication across the office.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a courteous and well-organized front desk experience.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Scan, organize, and maintain paper and digital records to support efficient document access and filing practices.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and general office coordination.
• Keep office materials, forms, and shared areas in order to help maintain a productive workplace.
• Assist with routine correspondence and provide day-to-day support to staff as needed.
• Monitor incoming documents and ensure records are handled carefully and stored in the proper locations.• Prior experience in an office support, front desk, or receptionist position.
• Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with visitors and team members.
• Experience scanning, filing, and organizing documents with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of general clerical tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple routine assignments efficiently.
